Wolfman
I remember years ago on PBS there this awesome documentary on the history of the blues. It started from the early beginnings to all the famous blues guys like Howling Wolf and ended with live footage of Zeppelin (from TSRTS) to show how much the blues had changed over the years. Cannot find it on YouTube. Anyone remember this and if so, what was the name of it? Thanks.
No.25
The Blues is a seven part series that was executive produced by Martin Scorsese. It's been some years since I've watched it and don't recall if Zep was specifically featured. https://www.pbs.org/theblues/aboutfilms/aboutfilms.html
Wolfman
That's not it. This documentary aired back in the 90's.
Victor
I remember it, it finished with an excerpt of Stairway to Heaven from TSRTS, not as an example of blues, but showing how far bands that had grown out the blues had gone.I can't find it anywhere!!
