Other fun facts on TSRTS: While all concert footage shot at MSG, most if not all backstage footage not shot in NY but at the Baltimore Civic Center a few days prior. The opening airport sequence when they first landed and police escort was Pittsburgh

Hi Ana,

The genuine joy that comes through when you are seen on screen is one of the non-musical highlights of the film.  For me the picture of the hoodie and the modest claims you make (not claiming to have met and partied with the band, etc.) make me feel like this is all 100% true.

Sorry for the forum members who doubt your claims just because you didn't see the film until the 1990's.  As you probably know, most of the fans here are hard-core so to them the film is incredibly important.  For people that aren't obsessed with Zeppelin the film isn't well-regarded.

Welcome to the forum and be well.

Truly remarkable, Ana and Arthur!

I saw TSRTS on the big screen as a teen.
Ana, with your exotic looks, until a few days ago, my mind pictured you to be the daughter
of a UN diplomat. Wow! LZ mystery solved.
Arthur, how in the world did you score the primo tickets at MSG?!!

When I experienced Zeppelin in '77, it was general admission
and totally frenetic.
Y'all were a tad more reserved than we were.

There were no general admission seats at MSG during the 1977 tour dates.

Omg Marcos that is so great.you got skills!!. Having that tambourine made that night real . I really tried to have it signed but because I think of the robbery they left right after their last song. So Thank You, Mucha Gracias, Obrigado!

Hello Ana, I had posted earlier to express my amazement and joy in the learning of you being made aware of your place in Zeppelin history. I’ve read through the replies and posts, and again as a life long Zeppelin fan I am beyond blown away that you have found this group of people who like myself are very dedicated to the band, and all that comes with that. It’s an intense fandom. Again, I would just simply like to say thank you for somehow finding this space, giving us your recollections of the night and your experience. It’s amazing to say the least.

To have found this group and site 50 years later and to hopefully have realized your place in the history of that particular movie and time in history is just remarkable.

Thank you again Ana. Truly amazed at how this happened and how you have been revered for all of this years by countless fans. Be well and many blessings to you and yours.

De nada! (this is the way we say "you're welcome" in portuguese from Brazil) 😄.
You're welcome. It's a pleasure to be able to help decipher every detail about it all.

@Plant77 yes this has been a Rollercoaster ride..So I have not said kinda why . I lost my husband of 33 years . April of last year. My son said i needed to do something for me.This is part of my healing but I did not expect how mind blowing that my 12 seconds in a movie would affect so many people. So I think me finding this forum at this time was meant to be. So thank you for the ❤️

My condolences on the loss of your husband. Must have been very hard on you and your son. I hope fond memories provide some measure of comfort.

And I'm glad coming here provided a happy moment or two. Don't let creepers like SAJ spoil the experience for you.

Peace and love,

Billy

You are so very welcome. To try and tell you how sorry I am for your loss, that is such a personal experience, and nothing that anyone can say can come close to expressing that pain and absolute grief that comes with that sort of loss. What I would say is, Godbless you and your family, I hope that you know how much you are appreciated way beyond this group of people and it’s fans. Life is fleeting, we are here for such a short amount of time, from an outsiders perspective it seems as if you have had some very lasting impressions on the people in and out of your life.

I truly am sorry to even try and comment on that subject. All I would like to say is that it is obvious that you are loved and respected, as well as admired. I hope in this time of your need that there are people/family that you can lean on.

Have a great night.

1. We had seen Led Zeppelin once before at MSG on September 3, 1971.

How would you contrast the shows from a live and in-person perspective, the 1971 and 1973 shows?

Do any major differences jump to mind?

At that 1971 show you must’ve heard Stairway to Heaven for the first time considering the album wouldn’t release until November. And I can only imagine what it was like to hear No Quarter in 1973.

Thank you guys again on making me feel welcome. ...Had to take a little time off the internet.. I went down the You Tube rabbit hole of reaction videos of Since I've been loving you ..and other songs. Someone told me not to do it but I did not listen. Some were ok and some were not, and just a note on what people said . I had no drugs or liquor in my body. Reaction was true. So honestly I don't remember the 1971 concert so all I can say that the 1973 was so  unbelievable that I blocked the 1971 taking up space in my brain. 😆  thanks to Marcos by putting up the movie I got to watch it many more times..and I remember more of what happened during the concert and I'm kinda mad that the cameramen did not get me while I was dancing on the seat or jumping around and even playing with the tambourine. Oh well.

Ana, I've known you almost all my life because of you being featured during Since I've Been Loving You. Amazing to finally have this mystery solved after all these years - and you have the hoodie to prove it! Welcome to the forum. I bet you have a story to tell about that concert.

This is really amazing, Ana. I'm sure Robert and Jimmy would love to see all of this. This forum is official, so this is probably coming to them.

Thank you for sharing this memory with us.

There is an app that tries to restore old and blurry photos and give them a little quality, I'm a designer and I'll try to restore this photo for you Ana, as much as possible.

I will post the result here.
