Scott K
Thanks! I made a mistake....it was from the Sydney Australia 1972 showground show. There is a great pic I have I just can't remember where I got it from and I cannot post it since it is not a URL. The shoes are not keds but some other similar brand. SteveAJones
Assuming that image has not been manipulated, I was unable to match them. It's possible they are Hush Puppies as there was a close match to them but I'm unsure if Hush Puppies was manufacturing sneakers in 1972. Jimmy wore black Hush Puppies shoes on the 1995-96 World Tour. Edited August 15 by SteveAJones
bcarter690
North Star? That brand seems the closest match with two stripes.

It is close but not close enough, in my opinion. Apparently North Star was a popular brand in Canada.
Strider
That photo is from the Melbourne show. Jimmy had shaved his beard by Sydney. As for Robert's shoes, the only sneakers with two stripes that I remember from the 1970s were Hush Puppies. But then, Robert could be wearing some weird brand he bought in the UK or Austtalia.
