Knebworth August 4 and 11, 1979, both with AI upgraded video

I've managed to secure upgraded videos of the two Knebworth shows, as improved by BigInV3gas. I can best explain the quality of the upgrade by saying Jimmy's guitar strings stand out sharp and separate, where in earlier videos they look like cotton wool. Everything else on screen is similarly improved.

BiginV3gas is the remastering eye who makes these videos snap into sharpness, so if you request links I'll include his explanatory technical notes. The shows will come to you in [tisdu] audio.

Just a lurker here so far but I'd love something to watch tonight. I probably get more out of watching Zeppelin these days than any other band. For whatever reason, they never get old.

Links are on their way, Danny.

Enjoy, Michael

Any possibility of using AI to "clean up" some of Jimmy's playing from the 11th :P

Just don't mess with Kashmir or Communication Breakdown. That CB is one of the best they did, it's pure punk and aggression. Robert's vocals are not up to the task so I guess he thought, F it, last night, no more shows and just screamed and shred his lines like he just gargled with razor blades. Made Johnny Thunders proud that night.

As far as the video goes, it's better than the versions I have that claim to be from the masters. So AI did a lot for these, I think. Yes,  you can see Page's strings :)

And I think I prefer the audio work on these because it makes the shows sound more like live albums. So, overall, they're entirely enjoyable throughout.

Thanks Danny.

BIV weaved his magic on Earls Court 24/5 and 25/5 1975, too. I have links for these versions with [tisdu] audio should you wish to add them to your collection.

Michael

I very much would! Thank you so much.
