Z88 Posted January 9, 2008 Posted January 9, 2008 I voted Heartbreaker, but it was a very dificult choice beetwen the same song and Whole Lotta Love. But even though i like bought song very much I decided Heartbreker, because theres just something about the rhythm of the guitar and voice, that makes be chose it. But if there where more choices my list would be: HeartbreakerWhole Lotta LoveLiving Loving MadBring It On HomeThank You Quote
hammerhead Posted January 11, 2008 Posted January 11, 2008 BIOH, apart from the start when Percy sounds like Deputy Dawg, The rest is just so energetic. What a way to conclude the album. Quote
ally Posted January 11, 2008 Posted January 11, 2008 Heartbreaker....... Nasty..Nasty..... riff Quote
lloydzephead Posted January 11, 2008 Posted January 11, 2008 I vote Heartbreaker. Please reply and give me an explanation to your choice. Heartbreaker for me too. WLL just doesn't do it for me. Great song. But in NYC metro-area it's been overplayed forever! Heartbreaker's solo and riff is/are/were just incredible. Quote
Jimmy Jam Posted January 11, 2008 Posted January 11, 2008 Whole Lotta Love I never get tired of that great riff. Quote
Mountain Hopper Posted January 15, 2008 Posted January 15, 2008 Probably the hardest album to pick a favorite from. Quote
MHD Posted January 15, 2008 Posted January 15, 2008 That was tough. I voted WIAWSNB, as it was the first track on II that I repeat played 2-3 times before moving on If I had to name a least fave it would be Livin' Lovin' Maid. Quote
shambolic Posted January 15, 2008 Posted January 15, 2008 This is my favorite CD, so I had a hard time choosing, but I picked "What Is and What Should Never Be"......the song puts me in a happy mood !! Quote
Blue_Soul Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 Probably the hardest album to pick a favorite from. That's exactly how I feel too. I couldn't even vote on the poll as I simply cannot decide which one is the best. For me it would be either Whole Lotta Love, Heartbreaker or Ramble On. Quote
boogie Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 I vote Heartbreaker. Please reply and give me an explanation to your choice. i agree. over all i think it's one of the all time great rock songs. plant, jones, and bonzo are really good, but page is masterful. that solo just smokes. Quote
Dzldoc Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 I want a whole Lotta Love Baby http://rhino.edgeboss.net/download/rhino/l...raphy/wll97.mov Quote
anita1967 Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Ramble On=I've always loved the imagery and when walking in the woods as a teen I always had that song in my head Quote
MeanMrKetchup Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Voted What Is and What Should Never Be, I'm not suprised that Moby Dick came last. Worst on the album imo. Quote
Mr.Kite Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 I voted Heartbreaker! The reason I Can't Explain... Quote
leddy Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 The whole album for me, it was the first i heard and everyone a classic Quote
tabula_rasa Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 Ramble on. I'm a big fun of Tolkien Quote
gina62 Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 yeh, i would have to agree with Leddy on this one. Quote
Mrs. Wisty Posted February 9, 2008 Posted February 9, 2008 The Lemon Song, cos it's HOT. They took an already amazing Howlin' Wolf riff and made it sound like sex. Quote
valhalla i am coming Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 umm heartbreaker by far.. and bring it on home is great, best song to finish a concert i reckon Quote
ledsabbath Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 Bring It On Home. Cos it's cool. Hi all. This is my first time posting here. Yeah, I'm with you on that one. I love 'Bring it on Home' because of the strong contrast between that old style black mans' blues and the sudden tempo change hard rocking groove. I love music like that, with various ebbs and flows, distinct separate sections and tempo changes. I'm a little suprised by the low poll rating of 'Thank You'. I would have thought it would rate a little higher. Quote
alwizard03 Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 I picked Bring it on home i love the bluesy quality if thats not a word it will be after zeps next tour Quote
zepguitarjimy Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 Well, i chose Bring it on home caus i luv the power and cathiness of it. I just adore harmonic beauty- but SMASH! ure hit with jimmy page at his finest. But there all classics! Quote
chell Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 I voted for BIOH because it's about the coolest song I've ever heard. Jimmys riffs .. I get goose bumps everytime! It was a super difficult just picking one as I love the whole album and have many favourites Quote
rocco Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 YEAH,YEAH THE LEMON SONG IS A LITTLE DIRTY BUT I CHOSE IT FOR THE BASE AND THE SINGING IS SO BLUESY.SO I HAD TO WOTE THE LEMON SONG. Quote
