ForEvermore
Led Zeppelin (the only artist where I have owned the entire catalogue on vinyl, cassette, and CD - from 'LZ I' to 'Coda' - also true for officially released VHS tapes, DVDs, and BluRays) Yes Genesis U2 King Crimson Peter Gabriel (feels like there should be more than this - I may have to come back and revise the list...) ...and here is the revision - I should have looked harder first... The Beatles R.E.M. The Doors Velvet Underground The Police Nine Inch Nails Dire Straits Stone Temple Pilots Suede (a.k.a., (The London) Suede in the US) Joy Division New Order Porcupine Tree ...that should be close to it...I think... paul carruthers
Not to get too analytical, but by everything I just assume buying the main studio releases and most of the live shit, and not bothering with every super deluxe album remix afterwards... In the case of everything, there's LZ and Rush and not a whole lot I can think of--even with AC/DC there's a line; stop with Black Ice and forget that Axl Rose shit. Sometimes, you have to break certain bands into categories; no STP without Scott, no Floyd before DSOTM and maybe a few after The Final Cut...
