No Soul Man
Since I started a little early with the giving of the proverbial roses for Valentine's Day, now I have to buy something extra special for my girl. I plan on buying her two dozen red roses and a "The Song Remains The Same" CD. She has almost all the other mighty Led Zeppelin CD's. I think I will also throw in a nice dinner out at one of our favorite seafood restuarants. Good thing my parents give me a nice allowance to go with my summer job! So what are you guys planning for your special person?

No Soul Man
Sorry Gibson Girl that you don't have someone special right now. Keep up your spirits, someone is out there for you. I consider me the lucky one. My girl is a really good person. She reminds me of Kate Hudson in many of her movie roles. She looks a lot like her, too. Very sweet, outgoing, geniune, trusting and trustworthy. Did I mention, smart, too! She wants to be a Pediatrician! Darth, I can understand your feelings, too. If you find a special girl one day, you may feel different about the holidays. It's not that Valentine's Day means anything to me, it's just a nice way to show the girl I love how I feel about her(again)!! If it makes her feel good to receive nice gifts, from my heart, then I am happy, too. Not to mention some extra benefits for me!

So what are you guys planning for your special person? What a nice Valentine's Day you have planned. I'm sure she'll love it. I don't have a special person to spend the holiday with this year, but I am treating myself to some flowers, some chocolate and a day of shopping, since I don't have to work. So I'm going to have a nice day anyway.

~Bonnie~
Well, I ditched the boyfriend a few weeks back. So it'll be just me. I actually have a fancy luncheon at work to go to that day, since it's my five year anniversary with the company. I couldn't decide which company present that I wanted, so I chose the gift card. $14 per year of employment, so that's none too shabby for Bonnie! I also bought myself that ring I had posted the link to, so hopefully it will arrive by then. I got my son some movies.

Also took him out for an awesome meal afterwards...it was a very romantic day (Had to do it early, because it was out of town and he might be working on Valentine's Day or something...) Good to see a woman doing something for the man on Valentines day. It's always promoted as a day for women. Ads pushing guys to buy something for the woman, etc. The day is for both people. Not just the woman.
