I watched the vote and all of the screaming was scary. Women screaming like a Beatles concert. so nuts.

A lot of people are like children these days. But I was glad the man was cleared. Making false charges against his was just evil.

Yeah, now the latest person to get thrown under the bus is the creepy porn lawyer.  Dims blaming him for their spectacular failure.

American Horror Story: Apocalypse

Only one show in and thus far it sucks big hairy balls. I will give it two more episodes due to the excellence of the cast and then I am out. Every season post-Hotel has been abysmal.

So what do you think so far?

I haven't seen last nights yet ( Karloff took priority), but I'm really digging this season of AHS so far. Pretty cool how they are linking the past seasons.

Completely agree. It’s added so much depth to the story line - which seemed limited at first. I haven’t watched last night either. Usually catch up on the weekend.

I was just made aware,  by a youtube after show, that this episode was directed by Sarah Paulson. Her first time directing a AHS. ....Fantastic job!!!

The Hidden Fortress, Kurosawa (1958)

George Lucas has acknowledged the heavy influence of The Hidden Fortress on Star Wars particularly in the technique of telling the story from the perspective of the film's lowliest characters,  C3PO and R2D2 Lucas's original plot outline for Star Wars also had a strong resemblance to the plot of The Hidden Fortress, which would be reused for The Phantom Menace
