boylollipop
- I think it will be released, after Jimmy Page has "doctored up" the tapes, as is his wont!

Tadpole in a Jar
Even the newest and most untested of bands have DVD's out these days. By default you make one album, a live DVD and then one more album and a greatest hits. Why shouldn't Led Zeppelin have a reunion DVD if the Eagles and R.E.O. Speedwagon and such do? Come on with it, Jimmy!

nirvana
They had the show recorded in case they were good.... but they were only ok.... so .... it's not coming out..... hope, wish, whatever....that's all you'll have...(cep't a bootleg or 2). Only O.K.?....Were you there? Everything from the show that I've heard or seen was certainly better than "o.k."...with the slight exceptions (feedback, timing, Jason's missed cues) the errors were very slight. And when they were on - they kicked fat ass! The show would be a great DVD and CD release.
nirvana
I have the Third Eye DVD and I have to say A. For a bootleg it is really well done B. I have watched it every night , at least 3 or 4 songs since I got it and straight thru at least ten times, and it gets BETTER every time! I can't see any reason not to release it, I think they sound better than a lot of bootlegs I have heard from the late 70's. I think In My Time of Dying was Awesome!!! Black Dog, In My Time of Dying, For Your Life, kills me every time!!!! When Jimmy stops and puts his hand on his hip and looks at the audience right before ripping into that middle section, gets me every time! Other stand outs: Song Remains the Same (Jason is awesome!) No Quarter, very, very trippy! As a long time serious fan, could care less if they ever play Stairway or Whole Lotta Love, although those were O.K. And then there was Kashmir -which was mind-blowing and one of the best versions ever!
Kid A
I can understand whyn they don't want to release it, to presenrve the image of the band etc and not appear 2 b sellouts, but it's a shame that it won't b released as all the bootleg downloads could be raising $$$$ for Ahmets educational fund, and fan's who missed the performance could get a quality version of the show..... Lets hope that is indeed true and a dvd will be released. It could raise millions more for Ahmets educational fund and make many fans very happy.
