Paul was good in 65-66 with Rubber Soul and Revolver, but most of his stuff was mushy or goofy (ala Rocky Racoon or Ob La Di). George wrote some good stuff too. Taxman's a great song. But he didn't get much attention. As solo artists, I have to say, none of them impressed me much at all. I didn't share Lennon's Utopian ideas or George's Hindu songs.
