albionremain Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 (edited) Page's guitar solo in Celebration Day is probably some of the best live guitar work you'll ever hear. Edited March 31, 2008 by albionremain Quote
Xtazy Posted April 2, 2008 Posted April 2, 2008 After the nuclear impact of We're gonna groove, I think the most appropriate would be I can't quit you babe. You know, his baby is comin' down the track and he can't quit her. Quote
albionremain Posted April 4, 2008 Posted April 4, 2008 I know it's not one of the choices in the poll, nevertheless, the first 45 seconds of The Rover was played on the '77 tour before they segued into Sick Again. I think The Rover should be considered as a follow-up song in its own right, after all, it is a great song. Underrated, too... Quote
Daeron Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 I voted for "Sick Again", just because the abbreviated version of "The Rover" from the '77 tour isn't in the list of choices. Quote
Roxie Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 'Sick Again' without a doubt, especially with 'The Rover' intro. Fit together perfectly. Quote
BlackDog71 Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 Heartbreaker. Just a great live song. Quote
kaiser Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 The Train Kept A Rollin' into Nobody's Fault But Mine segue would have had my vote if it were listed as that's probably the only thing I really liked about the 1980 shows. Quote
Easy...Rider Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Gotta say, when it worked that 77 thang w'the rover/sick again was incredible. Too bad it had all gone awry a lot of the time... Quote
Michael678 Posted November 21, 2013 Posted November 21, 2013 i thought u guys were talking about the albums, not the live stuff LOL, but anyway, its Celebration Day for me. Quote
