Another Trig. problem i need some hel pwith.

I can't figure out how to do this. If you cant help, it is very much appreciated. Here's the problem:

You have 40 marbles and 10 boxes.

How can you put the 40 marbles in 10 boxes so that each box has a different number of marbles?

Hint - Boxes cannot have 0 marbles.

Unfortunately math was never my best subject. Thankfully the trickiest math I have to do these days is budgeting and determining percentage increases/decreases. And maybe some interest rate equations.

My background (education and professional) is in mathematics and, once that information gets out (whether on a message board or in real life), I am usually bombarded with requests for help on math homework.
