Raising Sand Tour Program

For those of you who picked up the official tour program at one of the shows, did you read the letter (no pun intended) that was included from T Bone Burnett? It was from August 27, 2006 when the collaboration between him Robert and Alison started to take shape. In that letter, T Bone mentions thirteen songs that they should record together. Does anyone know if all of these including the ones that didn't make it on the "Raising Sand" cd, were recorded by them?

It's particulary interesting about the unreleased Bob Dylan song from the "Time Out of Mind" sessions was considered for this album. That song is "Red River Shore". There's a piece about this on my brother's blog, dated June 18, 2008. If anyone has information they can confirm about any of this, please share as this could be quite interesting.
