i'm sure there is no copyright infringement, since the original Bonzo was a chimp, but seems obvious who they're cashing in on. Look at the three circle logo. Be curious to know if the Bonham estate recieves anything from this.

Well anyway, if you're into vintage drums, this is a cool site.

They got "Little Ricky's" endorsement (from the Lucy Show).

Looks like quality work. I might check them out (since they are east of Atlanta).

It wouldn't be copyright infringement, as much possible trademark infringement, but I don't think LZ ever went that route with the four symbols.

This person is also not MFGing drums from what I can see, merely providing a restoration service.

It is obvious that they are trying to cash in on JHB, but by calling it Bonzo (an unofficial nickname) and using the three ring symbol (arguably lifted from the Olympic symbol) , there probably is no basis for legal action for the Bonham estate.
