Hickory Man
Because he's never used it after he got it for Christmas from our Dad 5 years ago. Someone explain to me if this is a good thing as I know squat about guitars.... I'm stoked! Jimmy Page, watch your back. yea right.... That guitar used to be advertised in he back pages of every Circus magazine from the lates 70's onward! I always thought they made the pro II look fantastic, although the company was better known for making copycats of popular models at the time. All I can say is I've never seen anybody playing an Aria brand guitar, but hey, anything is good when it's free! I'm sure it's a decent quality beginner-intermediate player electric guitar, and with guitar it's more about the hands than the guitar quality.... EVH stood the world on it's ear with what was essentially a POS! (Replicas of the POS are $25,000 now..but that's another story!) I'd say you= Score! Bustle In My Hedgerow
Thanks for the response! I'm going to have my dad take a look at it because it's out of tune and only has 4 strings so it obviously needs to be fixed or restrung completely... I know shit about guitars other than it can make some pretty powerful music.

Sure it was kinda ugly and in rough shape, but had some awesome components, like the pickup in it that is worth more than 99% of guitarists whole gear collections, and that was before it was in EVH's guitar. The PAF certainly helped shape his tone, but the rest was in his hands....and yeah that guitar was a POS. A POS with a 5000.00 pickup, but a POS all the same. I believe that was Ed's point.
