I'VE DRANK THEM ALL IN MY LIFETIME! I think it a lot safer to drink straight Absolut Vodka, Jack and Coke, Barcardi 151 Rum and Coke, Comacazie's, Straight Tequilla with the worm in the bottle to name a few. Oh I forgot, Early Times and Southern Comfort with Coke. I dare anyone to mix straight Tequilla and Jagermeister together. ROCK ON! Quote

Hotel Nacional Special 2 ounces golden rum (Cuban, if you can get it) 1-1/2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice 1 teaspoon dry apricot brandy Shake with cracked ice until cold and frothy, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with anything from a maraschino cherry to a "flag" (orange wedge and cherry speared with a cocktail pick or a paper umbrella). Quote
brspled Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 Nazdrovia! It looks really good! but it isn't the original caipirinha. This one is made of rum and brown sugar - or so it looks like on the pic, some people call this drink caipirissima - the original caipirinha is made of white sugar and cachaça. Not rum, neither vodca. Quote
