For some reason I can't get onto billboard.com, anybody know what positions the new TSRTS DVD (Top DVD Music Videos) and CD soundtrack (Billboard Top 200) both charted respectively? I am curious because Mothership came in at #7 last week, but I can't find anything about TSRTS chart entries this week. Anybody see the new Billboard?

Music DVD is published every two weeks in Billboard so I think you will see something next week.

CD TOP 50 Catalog at #23

TOP 200 Comprehensive albums at #93(this chart apparently is not the same as the Billboard 200 )

My understanding that Song Remains the Same because it is over 2 years old can only chart in the TOP 50 Catalog and not in regular Billboard #200. THe rules were change a few years agp.

Dark Side of the Moon and Back In Black therefore can never appear in the Top 200 only in the Top 50 catalog

In fact, it charted at #92 in Billboard's Comprehensive album chart ;) . My understanding is that the Comprehensive album chart combines sales of new albums (from the Billboard Top 200) with sales from the Top Pop Catalog albums chart. That means, the Comprehensive album chart shows the actual ranking of US album sales, regardless of date of release. Can anyone confirm this?

Think TSRTS should still be listed on the Billboard Top 200 since it is another version than the original one (in fact, if you listen to it, it's a completely different album). But Billboard seems to view it as a reissue.

TSRTS dropped from #92 to #183 in Billboard's Comprehensive Album charts. Seems no one likes the remixed and expanded TSRTS in the US

No. Seems that not ALL the world is a LZ fan. Fortunately, in a way...
