Biggest problem you're facing is that you're doing nothing new. Before I listened to your songs I'd already heard them a hundred times by a dozen artists. Reminded me most of Blue Oyster Cult funnily enough, as they aren't in your list of influences.

If that's what you're shooting for, then go for it. But if you want someone like me to buy your albums, then I'd recommend a new vocalist and getting away from the tried-and-tired standards of 'classic' rock.

whassup, RH!

i liked everything on the page, man. excellent vocals with a good mix (i'm listening to 'burst in flames' right now).

rythym section smokes! guitars totally tuff and hard without sounding 'digital' (very warm).

i like the songs and after this fucking storm, send me some dates and i'll make it a point to come see you guys. ever play over here?

3 piece? fuck yeah...

edit to add: oh yeah, almost forgot! WLL you need love-very cool with the different riff and take. instead of a standard cover, riff's got a twist interesting enough to keep me without wishing for the original riff. that's hard to do...

Blue Oyster Cult??? I don't hear that at all. If anything, it reminds me a little of a band from the 90s called Greta. Their drummer Brad Wilk eventually left to join Rage Against the Machine. Good band!

You have a new friend on your MaySpace RH. B)

Rock Historian, thanks for sharing that. My husband and I were recently turned onto your music by a couple of friends here. We're always interesting in discovering new bands and new musicians and it's not often that we find one with that great rock sound that you have. I will definitely share your myspace with a few other friends who also have an interest in new music and in your sound. We look forward to the release of your album and to your coming to play live in our area. :)

Great stuff. Really enjoyed it. I don't know who was thinking that your band sounds like BOC. Not even close. Definitely a Nirvana and Soundgarden feel to it. Keep it up. Only problem is some people might not like the length of your songs. Definitely very long, but the material supports it. What ever you're doing right keep doing it.

Where is the version of Whole Lotta Love others have mentioned? Couldn't seem to find it on your Myspace page. The riff base for "The Journey" is very similar to The Firm's "Make Or Break". Looking forward to hearing the rest of your cd.

RH, (Mike) your band "Endora's Mask" is very impressive. It's very rare these days to hear music so intense, subtle and creative as what you are doing. Your music is very intricate/progressive and it has elements of so many bands that it's hard to pin-point one overall sound. Ya'll kick ass !!!! I heard elements of Rush, Soundgarden, Tool, Alice n' Chains, Zeppelin, Fastway, Helmet, Cream...the list goes on. It's very unique and a breath of fresh air compared to radio GA-GA. I look forward to hearing the album. I read the comment that "Metal -Head" posted. He must be deaf, cause BOC didn't even come to mind. Don't know what he was listening too. The vocals are killer, (very strong and full of emotion) the rhythm section is groovin, and the guitar solos are tasteful . What more can you ask for? -seriously. The songs are also arranged well and have some catchy hooks and riffs. Everyone on this site should be checkin out this page. I can't believe you don't have more post! But hey, you've got a fan here RH. Keep it up - good things will come

I appreciate all the views and comments. They are helpful and well recieved. A few of the viewers had some really nice things to say. Genuine comments are inspiring. I (we) are pushing to release the debut before the years end. I will have reserved copies to spread around, when the time approaches. Until then, thanks for the support, the comments and your ears!
