But the graph shows where the money's going, not where they're getting it from, and I can't help but wonder how much of a crossover there is between 'enemies' and lenders. But if you look during the Clinton administration, the debt was leveling out, and in all possiblity, could have declined as well, had we a capable president after him. Then good ol' Georgy Boy Bush came into power, and voom. There ya go. Quote
