Oilers88cup
This being my first post on the site,I'd like to thank everyone who keeps the music alive.Sounds corny but it really is all about the music .I am 34 and have seen Plant on every tour since the Now and Zen tour,Jimmy on the Outrider tour,JPJ on the Zooma tour in NYC and many Page and Plant shows.I've even seen Jimmy play with the Black Crowes and the Garden State Arts Center in Holmdel NJ 10 minutes from my home.Anyway I am looking for a copy of a poster from the 1980 tour.It is a picture of a soldier with his head exploding and the caption is "The Effect Is Shattering"Not looking for an original just a pic to scan to use as a desktop background.Thank you all and Ever Onward. SteveAJones
here's another: and 2 more, just to give you some choices: All three of the above, while aesthetically pleasing, are strictly commemorative. The first one in particular is often mistaken for a vintage 1980 poster -- it is not. I got mine in 1987. The same company also produced one to commemorate their concert at Market Square Arena in Indianapolis (1977) and it was also released mid-80s. SteveAJones
anyone know where to find a cheap replica of the 1980 tour poster? There's a reasonably priced commemorative poster on ebay right now: http://cgi.ebay.com/LED-ZEPPELIN-1980-Euro...1QQcmdZViewItem My ebay search term was 1980 Led Zeppelin poster. You'll often see them there.

SteveAJones
The actual image of the air raid warden looking skyward was taken from the front cover of - if memory serves correct - a British news magazine. The name and date escape me. Something like a 1939 or 1940-ish UK magazine. If I find my notes I'll post details. Many of the images used in the album graphics for Presence were also extracted from old magazines.
