FireOpal
I like what I'm hearing of Myles Kennedy so far. Where can I find his Zep covers on YouTube: I've looked under his own name, Alter Bridge, Mayfield Four - don't see no Zep songs at all. I just typed in You Tube-Alter Bridge-Kashmir and it popped up. There's also a cover of Rock and Roll and Riverside Blues that sound pretty damn good. The guy's not a slouch. ninelives
I know he's not from Florida but it should be Billy Squier. Everybody always says he was like Zeppelin and his voice never changed over time. But if they aren't going out as Zep, why would they want a singer that sounds like Robert? Seems to me if they're working on new material, they'd want a singer to fit with that and not just someone trying to sound like Robert. I'm sure Jimmy's checked him out but unfortunately didn't select him. But, I did notice Samo had a few guitar licks under his belt. Maybe you can recommend him for Robert's next band. widget
I said road manager as distinct from tour manager. Road manager is the term used for Rex King in Dave Lewis' book. He was never a road manager for Zeppelin Meg, though he did become tour manager for Robert, The Firm, and Page and Plant. He was Bonzo's assistant, and drove Robert and Bonzo down to London from the Midlands just before his death. http://forums.ledzeppelin.com//index.php?s...pic=301&hl= Edited September 25, 2008 by Meg Ireland
