alucard
How about a double scoop of mama's milk? PETA proposes that Ben & Jerry's use breast milk in its ice cream WATERBURY, Vt. - Mooove over, Holsteins. PETA wants world-famous Ben & Jerry's Homemade Ice Cream to tap nursing moms, rather than cows, for the milk used in its ice cream. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is asking the ice cream maker to begin using breast milk in its products instead of cow's milk, saying it would reduce the suffering of cows and calves and give ice cream lovers a healthier product. To Ben & Jerry's, the idea is udderly ridiculous. At factory in Waterbury, consumers gave a collective "Eww" to the idea Thursday. "It's kind of creepy," said Jeff Waugh, 42, of Dayton, Ohio. "The (breast) pumps just weren't that much fun. You really do feel like a cow," Jen Wahlbrink, 34, of Phoenix said, cradling her son in her hands. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26892950/wid/11915773?GT1=31037 In her case, she may have been. Peta; even their mission statement (for equality), is contradictory. But people still give them money....

Footsteps of Dawn
So...instead of making cows "suffer", you're going to make humans "suffer" instead? Ooookay. Free the lab mice! I condone testing on human babies only!
Ronniedawg
“A rat is a pig is a dog is a boy - Ingrid Newkirk, President, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA)" If the above is the case, when did we take ourselves out of the equasion? An animal can eat other animals but a boy cannot? Enlighten me.
