pinky Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 i picked Good Times, Bad Times cuz it is just straight up rock n roll. Also I think it is definatley Led Zeppelins most underated song. Quote

dpottman Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 Your Time Is Gonna Come, I'm thinkin. Great song as they all are, but what comes to my mind is "THAT'S THE WAY." Just as relevant today as yesterday. Quote
Burning Ember Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 Of course it's tough, but I'm going with GT/BT. Quote

flameofalbion Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Babe I'm Gonna Leave You ... because of the mix of soft and heavy, light and shade, crooning and screaming ... Quote
sam.e138 Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 (edited) How Many More Times. I grew up with family who listened to Zep but I started paying more attention myself in the late 80s, although I'd always held on to a 'liking' for them catching Live Aid etc. when someone gave me a tape of I & II. It ended with HMMT, but the song ended cleanly before The Hunter/Oh Rosie section kicks in and it was 3/4 years later I stuck a mate's vinyl copy on in his house and there it was and it just made a great song even better. Bonzo's Hammer Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 How Many More Times for me! I agree especially the Live version from the BBC recording killer version it's a shame they rarely played the song Live Quote
lzfan715 Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 Babe I'm Gonna Leave You. But I reserve the right to change my answer at any time. Quote
achilleslaststand77 Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 For me, it's Good Times Bad Times. The opening staccato notes spell what the rest of the album's gonna be like...... and I love Jimmy's solo. Quote
Pb Derigable Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 How Many More Times is the first song i learned to play and its always my warm up song. so from that reason its my fav. Quote
