I recommend playing Fallout 3 on the PC.

#1 reason is for user created mods, and customizations. This is stuff like new items, quests, UI, weapons, anything, etc...

#2 It plays faster. Meaning you have more control with aiming with a mouse than with your thumbs.

DO NOT buy Fallout 3 for PS3. I got this for my friend and there are a shit-ton of bugs.

Who knows if they'll ever fix them any time soon.

Get if for PC, or 360 if your computer sucks.

Hi :D

Were/are the bugs good/cool bugs (like the paint brush glitch on oblivion) or cruddy ones.

BTW, does anyone here have recon armor on halo 3 :P or got any of the vidmaster challenges

I'm a PC gamer. Recently been playing Left 4 Dead, Team Fortress 2, Mass Effect, and World of Goo. If you have L4D for Xbox, I'm sorry. Aiming is way to slow without a mouse, and that hampers the atmosphere a lot for me. It's much faster and more intense on PC.

Mass Effect is AMAZING. Except for having to restart my computer once an hour because the game freezes. My PC is capable of running L4D and Fallout 3 on the highest graphic settings, so it's more than up to snuff. The game itself has technical issues. A lot of people can't even play the game. But it's only $20 on Steam, so not too big of a hit in the wallet.

L4D and TF2 are really fun and I play them often. If you have either you can add me on steam, my id is Matt_bagels.

My sister has this one that you have to draw in calligraphy to play... you are a wolf and you have calligraphy skills and you are in this huge cave...

the graphics are pretty nice - well I don't know if the graphics are good but it looks prettier than most games...

Samus Aran anyone?

Awesome fan-made remake of the 2nd series of a classic game.

Metroid for NES was followed by Metroid II: Return of Samus

Metroid 2 was a black and white game for the original Nintendo Gameboy.

These dudes have done a fantastic job upping the graphics, colorizing it and more.

The third in the Metroid series is rated in the number 3 in the top 100 of all time video games-Slant Magazine, which is amazing as the game was released for the SNES 20 years ago in 1994.

Awesome game series. But if anyone wishes to give it a shot on the Fan Remake of the 2nd in the series, the download link is listed above.

Bout time we got some video game discussion going.

I owned Metroid for NES and Super Metroid for SNES, never could beat either one. Even went back and played it a couple years ago when I was feeling nostalgic, still couldn't beat it. :wall: I'm getting a new desktop for Christmas, maybe I'll give it another shot.

Posted this on another forum, my all-time favorite video games, with a couple slight changes. :bubble:

1. GTA IV (incl. TLAD, TBOGT)
2. Red Dead Redemtion (incl. Undead Nightmare)
3. EarthBound
4. GTA V
5. Super Mario 64
6. Final Fantasy III
7. Mortal Kombat II
8. Punch-Out!
9. GTA San Andreas
10. Zelda II: The Adventure of Link

If I ever go back to the South (one of these years), we'll have to team up and finish those old games. The Super Metroid.. not sure about. Terribly fun but difficult.

You have a nice top 10 there.

Here's some 8 bitzies that coulda, and woulda, but were not to be. They even have the music down. Hope you enjoy
