I have the Tightly Knit CD from Climax Chicago Blues Band and it is excellent. It looks like we have about the same taste in music. I hope you keep posting music and vids that, I am sure will be, interesting for me and others. Thanks

I haven't got it, but might purchase it if I stumble across it someday. Nothing will keep me from posting about music. Hope you keep 'em coming too!! Swede
For those who's into british blues like Clapton, Peter Green & (as above) Savoy Brown, might be interested to check out Dave Edmunds first band, Love Sculpture. Their first album was called Blues Helping, and here's the title track of that album: Love Sculpture - Blues Helping Their second album is more known, mostly because of the single Sabre Dance. ninelives
My Morning Jacket. Try some of these.......but try more than one. They may have some songs you hate, and some you love, b/c they are so diverse. http://www.youtube.com/results?search_quer..._type=&aq=f Great band! I just discovered Fleet Foxes. Mojo Magazine named them number one band of the year, not why I like them of course. http://www.myspace.com/fleetfoxes
Rock N' Rollin' Man
Sunstone A progressive rock band from Vienna, Austria. If you would like to give them a listen they have two free songs on their official website. http://www.sunstoneband.net/01_exit.zip http://www.sunstoneband.net/06_symbol.zip If you click on the link it wil start downloading, don't trust the link go to their official website at: http://www.sunstoneband.net/main.htm Also checkout their myspace at: http://www.myspace.com/sunstoneband Edited December 7, 2008 by Rock N' Rollin' Man
Gegenschein
I might sound like a one-track-mind person, sorry, but I can hardly think of any other music, in anticipation of seeing these guys live again, after 10 years of fading hopes! The page is fan-created and maintained. Check out the songs (embedded player on the right side) in this order: 1. The House Is Loss 2. Kill The Race Horse 3. Slow Hand (the earliest recording, without guitar... bass is seriously awesome) This is San Diego's obscure gem, glorious legend, an inspiration to many local indie musicians. Link is HERE also some downloadable stuff HERE
wanna be drummer
My bass/guitar teachers band Curbstone Beauty Not a big fan of the singer, but everyone else is pretty good. Johnny Wright, my teacher, is the lead guitarist and honestly, he's sick. He' pretty damn good, especially live Edited to add: I don't like "Crazy" that much. "Addicated" is way better Edited December 7, 2008 by wanna be drummer

Rock N' Rollin' Man
The Answer A relatively new band but is becoming more and more well known. Not too obscure but I recently discovered them and I think more should. Jimmy Page likes the band as stated in the 2005 Classic rock magazine Roll of Honour Awards and goes to see them in some of their gigs. Currently they are the supporting band for AC/DC in their U.S. Black Ice Tour. Great rock 'n' roll band of today. Sorry if this band isn't all that unknown but I think more people should know about them.

Sorry if this band isn't all that unknown but I think more people should know about them. Their album 'Rise' is actually really good. I've been listening a lot to 'Under the sky', 'Come follow me' and 'Memphis Water' (blues song, a pretty cool one).
Xtazy
(power metal band, not real my thing, but I enjoy this song) (same as above) Airbourne - Too Much, Too Young, Too Fast (you hear a lot of AC/DC hear) (this one's from the Prison Break OST <<the TV show>> ; pretty emotional)
