Black Mountain Rag. It sounds similar to the beginning and middle party of "Bron- Y- Aur Stomp"!!!! Listen to it! Was chet atkins an influence on jimmy??????

Personally I'm sure that Jimmy Page would have been aware of Chet Atkins at the time of the recording of Bron Yr Aur Stomp and,to my ears, there are very slight similarities.

"Bron-Y-Aur Stomp" is a very straight-forward rip-off of "The Wagoner's Lad" by Bert Jansch.

Give a listen. If you haven't heard it before, you WILL be surprised:

And let's not forget that Page also stole Jansch's "Black Waterside" and just changed the name to "Black MOUNTAINside":

Of course, Jansch was ripping off Davy Graham's original "She moved through the Bizarre":

But it seems that Page copied Jansch's rip-off more than he did Graham's.
