DavidZoso
UNFINISHED ZEP SONG ON NEW BC COMMUNION CD Brought To You By VH1’s Dave Basner Next month, Black Country Communion will release their second album, 2, and there will be a very special song on it. It’s called “Save Me” and was originally partially written by Led Zeppelin following their reunion show in 2007. BCC drummer Jason Bonham, who sat behind the kit at the Zep reunion, created the track with Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones but they abandoned it after singer Robert Plant didn’t want to pursue new music with them. Jason finished the song for Black Country Communion though and told the Toronto Sun that it even features “a slight Zep-esque riff.” 2 hits shelves on June 14th.
