I've eaten snake, emu and kangaroo and didn't care for any of them. I agree with your opinion on roo meat, it's very gamey and I found it quite a tough meat, but that may have been the way it was cooked.
I ate crocodile quite a few times when I was up in the tropicial north of Australia and I loved it too. I agree with your description ...... a beautiful tender, soft textured, juicy, fishy chicken taste.
I'm also ashamed to say i've eaten both dog and cat. I wasn't aware of it at the time, but Singapore threw it on my plate. I found dog to be a tough version of beef and cat was similar to an old chicken.
not to mention the occasional sea monkey or two
