  1. Ummm...no. It's not JPJ in those videos, it's Howard Leese, one of the early (original?) Heart members. It's cool JPJ worked with Heart though. Ann and Nancy rock!
  2. I posted some of this stuff on the old board, but here goes yet again... Some Objects, including an original still sealed in the box: Some promo blimps: My "wall of fame" which includes every LZ album signed by all the members: I've got lots more stuff. It's a sickness really! What I really want to do is visit England and see all the Zep sites. That would be cool...
  3. Thanks for all the info! This is by far the greatest forum on the planet!
  4. While it took me a little while to "adjust" to Raising Sand, I really like it now and am starting to appreciate what it's all about. And I think it's fair to say that most of us who are Plant fans like this piece of work. But what are Allison's fans saying? Has anyone checked out the "bluegrass" world to see what's being said from critics and fans from that side? It would be interesting to hear their point of view and feedback. Just a thought...
  5. There was no "original" Object. The one you see on the Presence album was artwork that was superimposed into all the pictures. There was no actual Object at the time. The band then commissioned a company in New York called ALVA Museum Replicas to make 1000 "real" Objects to be given away as promotional items for the Presence album. They came in a brown cardboard box (see pic below) and were individually numbered. Most people opened the boxes (and then threw them away) so they could see the Object. The few remaining ones that were never opened (like mine) are worth thousands today. Typic
  6. Twice in '73, twice in '75 (my personal favorite) and once in '77. Great memories...
  7. At one point I owned nine (9) replicas but sold all but one. I also own an original (opened) and one still sealed in the box that's never been opned. Cool stuff...
  8. Can't make the date for my area but I thought it was pretty cool that it's playing here in Los Angeles at a place called The Bridge. "Has anyone seen the bridge? Where's that confounded bridge!"
  9. I don't spend much time online, and definitely not in forums. But this forum I take the time to check every day because obviously I love the band and the people here are just so awesome. Because of that, it took me a long time to get past "noob" status on the old board and now I have to start all over again! So I guess I've been "re-noobed!" Welcome all!
