Fleetwood Mac is one of those bands that I didn't like when I was a little younger, probably either because my dad liked them and I was simply being rebellious, or I thought they sounded too "soft rock". However, it seems like as I go back, I find a great deal of appreciation for them, and feel that their "soft rock phase" aka 1975 onward is a bit underrated by the hipsters.
And besides, Lindsey Buckingham is an absolutely amazing guitar player.

^ Excellent. I picked up Fresh Fruit on vinyl not too long ago. Good record.
And I love The Smiths now. At first, I didn't dig them too much. I think it was Morrissey. But I got past his, ahem, "unique" vocal style and really listened to his lyrics. He really is a superb writer. But I still think a big selling point for me is Johnny Marr's playing. That guy is awesome!
Anyway, I felt like I needed to add some hardcore punk to my music diet, so I went and bought this on vinyl...
Black Flag - Damaged

I got his thing G.P./Grievous Angel but...I want the Complete Reprise Sessions. But I do have some Flying Burrito Brothers too!
I have no Flying Burrito Brothers, but I've been wanting that to change for a while. Not exactly a household name, so their records are kind of hard to come by.

Hello, I love you.
Yeah, I'm a big fan of him. I already had his two solo albums on CD, but when I saw them on vinyl, I knew I couldn't pass them up.

Oooooh, I'm totally keeping an eye out on that Massey Hall record. Looks somewhat pricey, but I don't have it yet, and I think that it'll sound incredible on vinyl.

I wish I could say my first vinyl purchases was Grievous Angel, New Morning and Red Headed Stranger.. Nice start on your vinyl hunt.
Thanks. I absolutely adore them. I can already tell that it's going to be an additonal addiction of mine music-wise (as if I didn't buy enough albums way), and I absolutely love the look of vinyl. The art, the size, etc. They look a lot better than CD's.
But I am very jealous of your record collection. Some of the stuff I've seen you post is really obscure and stuff and I'm sure what I've seen is just the tip of the iceberg.
