  1. lol am I the only one thinking that Robert does not need to undress himself in order to look sexy?? I mean, not that I'm complaining about his tendency to wear very little, but it's not like it's necessary.

(seriously, when I read the above statement I couldn't believe what I had just said)

anyways, in my dreams I see him the way he is, mostly, not covered in anything^^ if I had the choice though it would be strawberries and chocolate, but only his upper body..his body hip downwards would be wrapped in tight blue jeans..unbuckling the belt of a sexy man just gets me going, I don't know why^^ you know, you don't wanna start on the banana and lemons right away do you??

I need to take a walk in the cool winter air hehe :freezing:

I do understand totally, subtle can be sexy - an open shirt is a nice tease, with the jeans. Or if I'm being precise, an open ladies blouse like at many of the 70's gigs. Actually the more I think about it, the women's blouses do it for me - not often you say that about a man! :)

  2. Sunny, but really, really cold and trying to snow at times. Shame as I thought spring was here last week. Chillumpuffer did you get a load of snow this weekend, the hills over your way looked very white yesterday and there were a few cars in stockport covered with the stuff?

  3. ^^ starter and dessert, lovely!

Seriously though (ish), I think Jimmy looks good in a suit (still does, like those recent shots for the fashion shoot), Robert - jeans and an open shirt - or the less the better ;)

  4. I probably would as it it's the nearest I'd get to that whole experience - but sadly the problem with holograms is the lack of any interaction and spontaneity. Still,I can't deny a hologram of a 1970s Robert in an open shirt would have some appeal ;)

I'm also hoping Robert does a UK tour soon as I'd love to see him and hear that voice, whatever he wears :)

  5. ^^yeah it's the way he's touching her as well, that hand, erm...yes breathing problems here too!

My only Robert dream was of Robert the age he is now - he was running his own pub near Bath and i'd stopped there on my way on holiday to Cornwall, but unfortunately my husband was there too which kind of spoilt the dream before it began lol... Think he served us our drinks then I woke up :(

The amount of time I look at these photos before I go to sleep I feel I should be having more dreams about him! ;)

  6. If I a time machine I would most likely go back to that room at that particular time. What I find strange though is how nobody else is noticing their conversation, I would want to hear/see ALL of that.......

  7. She had yet to learn there are three rings in marriage: the engagement ring, the wedding ring and the suffering.

true, although at least she had something nicer to look at than most of us ;)

  8. If that was here in the UK I'd have thought he was looking at Cadburys Creme Eggs!? ( the red, yellow and purple items look like them on the bottom few rows). But I don't think they've reached Austin :) I like the way he's so relaxed doing his shopping, down to earth as always...

  9. ^Planted, I totally agree with everyone else, Macmillian did a wonderful job taking care of my Aunt a few years ago and the work you do is invaluable, you are all appreciated.....Sorry if this seems a trivial subject in comparison, but tried to get tickets for Fleetwood Mac in the UK this morning, all sold out in about 2 minutes - and now on ebay at up 10x the face value :( This has happened with about the last 5 gigs I've tried to go to, needs sorting out! I'm a music lover and I just want to go and see music!

  10. amie, wow I guess chillumpuffer is right...I don't know English weather very well. We had a newspaper here that folded in the 1980's but had been around since 1910 and they would give a free newspaper to everyone if the sun didn't shine that day (it was an evening paper). In the 70 years or so of publication they only had to make good on that 296 times (had to check wiki for that little nugget). My math is lousy but I think that is about 3 days a year avearge, no sun. But we also have brutal humidity and heat in our summers too. :(

And I love England. They have so many things we don't have claim to. For example, London is where the greatest fashions ever originated (and still do, imo). Not to mention the castles and a Queen and oh yeah...where the greatest band ever hails from, Led Zeppelin. I guess we could add The Rolling Stones, The Beatles and a few others to that golden list. I'd love to visit sometime, rainy or not....a beautiful destination. :) Missy

Hi Missy, we have had a lot of rain here the last 9 months or so, even by our fairly wet standards! But one thing we Brits all love to do is moan about the weather (even when we have a heat wave we all complain about that too!)..

But yeah I love it here for all the reasons you mentioned - you should visit one day! :)

    Love your newspaper story btw!
