  1. DZ...no, no, no. A delicate female touch is called for. Don't you dare post a pic of that!! Oh well, on second thought, it might be OK.

ProPlant, what banana picture? Little Robert Anthony came out to play soccer and chased the photographer away. I wish we had a vid of THAT.

  2. Before they got the Starship, it has been intimated, the band had brooms they used to fly on from one concert to another. Zoso was the engine.

SAJ- your post re Robert's forgetting what Zoso meant was hilarious. Like Tyedye, I snorted.

  3. Yes, he did start it. I wonder why he put the Union Jack over the lemon? Maybe to stop his pants from ripping all the time? No, no, no. He put it there so that everyone could salute the lemon while looking at the flag.

  4. Hi Knebby. I am a newbie as you can tell. I love this board and have learned so much about the band from all of you that have followed them from the beginning. Could you tell us where you saw the "more striking in real life" Mr. Plant?

Percys_Plant, how you doin'? I don't remember reading that in the Hoskyns book, but I think I read it somewhere as well. He must be a freak of nature. How beautiful can one person be? His stage presence always mesmerized me. I mean he put himself out there with so much confidence and strength. He sang WWL like he was singing "Amazing Grace" on Sunday in church; not a bit of hesitation in giving us every inch of his love. :yay: Such a naughty, beautiful boy.

  5. Ah, Knebby. You are so knowledgeable about all things Zeppelin. I thought for sure you had seen him at some point in time. We just want to know if he is really as beautiful as we think he is, or, if it is just the lighting, or, if he is a freak of nature. I follow you closely on this board because I love your posts and you keep the "old guys" in line. :superman:

I loved reading about everyone's experiences seeing Zep live, and especially Robert. Bless his sweet heart.

  6. Thank you so much ZepRex. I wish I had been older when I saw them live. I would have appreciated it more and faught my way to the front of the stage. Iwas with my Dad and brother. Both huge Zep fans. My Dad idolized Jimmy. I fell in love with the beautiful boy with the long, blond, curly hair and the fantastic voice. I put away my Beatles records and would listen to nothing but Led Zeppelin after that. It's still goin' on.

I've noticed in a few of the recent pictures that he wears his wedding band. Lucky Debbie to have him now.

  7. Thank you ladies for all these beautiful pics of our favorite man. I am a Knebworth lover. I was just wondering if any of you have ever seen Robert in person. I would like to know if he was (is) really as beautiful in person as he is in his photgraphs and in the vids. I mean the man just takes my breath away. I saw Zeppelin in concert when I was 14 years old. I really did not get that close-up a look at him, too far away. All I saw was hair and the buldge in his pants. He was jumping around so much, etc.

    Anyone?
