I was just reading an article about how aggressively the Russians are militarizing the Arctic. They're building new military bases, ports and airfields and refurbishing old Soviet era military bases in the Arctic at a rapid rate.

Dd, what are your favorite restaurants in New Orleans? I've eaten at some of the "big name" restaurants in New Orleans, but I don't even remember their names. Lol. (btw, have you visited any of the plantation houses near New Orleans?)
