On this SBD from Landover 5-28-77 you can especially hear another voice when Jonesy sings and it is not a harmonizer. Listen to The Battle of Evermore. But then at the end Robert says for the first time in 9 years Bonzo sang-(which isn't true he had been doing back ups on Bron-Y-Aur Stomp and The Ocean) http://starship.gotdns.com/zeppelin/beauty/file/index.jsp?R_date=1977/05/28No it wasn't there for decoration. But unless the marijuana haze was too thick for me to see clearly or my memory is faulty, I never saw Jimmy Page sing during "Battle of Evermore". "Bron-Yr-Aur Stomp", yes. "That's the Way", yes. Maybe even at the end of "Going to California" at times. But never "Battle of Evermore"...that was Jonesy's baby.

I can't remember which SBD it was but you can clearly hear him singing background vocals on Bron-Y-Aur Stomp with Robert and Bonzo and I think he is doing the same at the end of The Battle of Evermore all on the 1977 tour. He has a mic in front of him while he is sitting down- it isn't there for decoration haha .

He is wearing the black dragon pants and a black t-shirt and a white scarf. It looks like a velvet black vest as well.

I didn't take these but they are from a concert i would have loved to have seen but was only 8 yrs old if I had attended. These were taken by Hotplant during the Bad Company tour of the United States in1977- they were touring for my fav album by them-Burnin' Sky. I think this was somewhere in California-might be wrong as she forwarded these to me like in 2004.

All I have to say is Hats off to all you Ladies and Gentleman- I went thru this whole thread and there is some amazing talent on here with very unique imaginations. I hope from what I heard that a certain Mr. Jimmy Page and his assistants do lurk on this site. He and the group have superb fans.

I have reversed the photo for The Stairway Remains the Same. But I have never seen Jimmy use a left handed guitar like you said above. I have seen Joe Perry use them and have the strings swapped for a right handed person and of course Jimi Hendrix did it all the time but the switch for him being left handed.
