Even after the result?  So you are Rangers first and Dallas second right?  I am Sabres first, Blues second.  Other teams I sort of like are Vancouver and Kings.  Hate Flyers and Montreal big time.  And Ottawa and Boston.  I want the Blues to win big time. They to me are the most deserving team in the league to win.  Ill tell you my perspective.  In the late 60's and early 70s it was Montreal and Boston.  Beleveua and Cornier and Lemaire and Leperiere for Canadiens and Boston had Bobby Orr, Phil Esposito and Bucyk and Stanfield etc.  The Blues were the best in the West in those days always.  Went to many a final only to lose to the big two I just listed.  St Louis had the Plaguer bros, Red Berenson and Jacque Plante in the nets.  Damn good team but not good enough to beat Montreal or Boston.  They have paid their dues big time.  So I do not like to see warm weather cities like Tampa or Dallas or Carolina win the Stanley Cup when teams like the Blues have paid their dues and Buffalo is a real hockey town.  A great hockey town.  They were in the league only 5 year when they went to the finals in 75 and were robbed blind by Bernie Parent.  The French connection was the line Wayne Gretsky grew up watching with his father at Buffalo games.

I did not like it when Colorado won that Cup after moving over from Quebec City either.  Quebec really won that Cup.  Anyway, I hope the  Blues win and the Sabres are ready soon.  I was very happy the Rangers did win in 94 and those games vs the Devils were some of the best hockey ever.  So were the old Montreal vs Boston games.  I liked Boston in those days before the Sabres joined the NHL>  Now I do not like them.  Its Sabres and Blues all the way.  I really wanted Vancouver to win it that year vs Boston.

Yes, Rangers first, then Stars.  Yeah, despite the final outcome in game 3.. it was a hell of a game!

Stars off to a good start tonight.

Islanders might get swept in their series. Going back to Brooklyn was just a horrible move,  I don't know why they have to go back there?  They should have kept all the postseason games on the island!

Blues win baby!!!!!!  Go Blues!!!!!  All the way.  Maroon scores on a smart set up from the D.  Bang its in Bishop.  I hate the Dallas Stars and Boston. I am hoping the Islanders rally and expect them to.   But I really only care about the Blues winning. The Sharks deserve to go down after that bullshit call on Vegas.  The NHL apologizing is unbelievable. But Vegas never should have allowed 3 goals on any power play either.  Dallas will fight to the finish but to me St Louis are the best team still standing.  They swept Tampa in the two games in the regular season also.

Classic game last night, wish I could have gone!

I am for the Blues all the way.  I believe they can do it. Im picking Columbus, Islanders and Colorado.  But disappointed with the effort in game one. I hate Colorado but the Sharks really sucked out vs Vegas on that bad call.

I am hoping the Blues go up 2-0, but no matter, they are a great road team. They will win in Dallas

Great game today!  Hockey rules!  Game 3 Monday night.

    Columbus going down next!! :nhl_checking:

Should be a interesting series.  I'll be pulling for the Blue Jackets,  to many ex Rangers for me not to. ...as cool as it is to see hockey relevant again on the island,  now that the Pens are out of the way, someone needs to take the Islanders out of it.  I'm pulling for the caps tonight. That was a cheap shot on  Oshie in game 5

Sharks come from 3-1 games down, and 3-0 score to rally for a 4-5 win the series in OT!

I have never seen anything like that before!

Caps just went up by 2 in the first.

I did not know this.  So like another Astrodome?  Can the ball hit the roof?  Or too high?  I suppose its retractable?  Is it for the Rangers only?

I don't think the ball will hit the roof, it's retractable and the Rangers will be the only team playing there. Along side of it is a new hotel and the venue Texas Live. Very similar to what was built next to the new Bush Stadium.

Its one of the biggest upsets in major sports history.  My damn Blues got sloppy and it cost them. Lost in OT and now back to Winnipeg.  They much sin this series.

They are rockin up in St Louis!

Why are you going to miss it?  Is it being closed or are  you moving away?  And what park is it?  Texas?

Yep, ballpark in Arlington.  It's the last year, they are building a new stadium across the street with a retractable roof.  It'll be nice to watch a game in the AC when its 117° outside,  but baseball is just not the same indoors.

I am going to pick Tampa to win tonight and avoid a sweep and an upset of epic proportions. To me second only to the Jets 1969 Super Bowl win and some will certainly dispute that and put this at number one.  I cannot argue.  This is off the charts.  Go see Tampa's record.  I mean, only the 1976 Montreal Canadiens I believe lost fewer games. They never never at any point ever faced what the coach calls adversity.  However, let me point out one thing.  My own Buffalo Sabres, who won 10 in a row before unraveling, in my opinion due to a bad coach and goalie, took them to the distance 4 times, beating them once and losing in OT twice.  But they played them tough.  Tougher than anyone except the team I pick to win it all, the St Louis Blues, the only team to have swept Tampa.  If Tampa loses tonight, it will be incredible

Wow.. .. I can not believe Tampa got swept.  By factor of ex Rangers being part of the team/management, I now am pulling for Columbus in the east. I wanted Tampa, but that was short lived.

Icelanders 7 min away from sweeping cindy & the pens

i am picking St Louis to beat Calgary in the West and to win the Cup over Tampa.

Housley fired as expected by Sabres and also fired were the boogey man in Florida and Quenville was hired to take the Florida job.

I'd like to see the Stars vs Tampa, but Columbus is going to spoil that pretty soon.  ...it's great to see the icelanders up 2-0 on that shitbag team in Pittsburgh. Hopefully they go up 3-0 after todays game.

Cool 😎👍 I’m going to see them next Tuesday in Atlanta

    R😎🎸👍

I've been reading after the Dallas show the band spend over an hour meeting with fans outside after the gig.

Have you seen them before, or is this your first show?

  12. My concert going bud and I had the privilege of meeting Jay & Scott yesterday.  They did a small acoustic set, shared some cool stories  and some Q&A for 20 lucky fans at the studio of the 97.1 The Egale here in Dallas. .. they seemed like reallly cool and down to earth dudes.

I'm the doofus on the left.... lol

Looks fabulous...especially the pizza and beer. D'yer win?

First weekend over and the Angels are already in last place three games behind Seattle. Pathetic.

Yep, won on a wild pitch in the 9th. Took 2 out of 3 opening weekend.  Tons of Cubs fans in town for the series.
