    Hello and a Belated Happy New Year...

    I have not written for awhile due to family cocncerns...I thought of all of you often..I'm glad to have time now to write again...

    I heard Gordie Johnson (singer/guitar player/leader) when he had the band, GRADY....he had a female drummer....

    HI:

    Somehow another page appears when I click on "write"..I did not intend for any advertising to be inserted in the word "write"..on my page it is underlined in red..I have no idea how that got there...sorry...the red lines now appear to have disappeared in the original post of Feb 19....now they have disappeared in the quote...oh...I need a holiday..I'm seeing things...HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND ALL....

    I made an error with my last Gaga post....it should be R. Kelly (capital R not small r)...I omitted a rapper. Too Short is also on the tune JEWELS N' DRUGS....with Twista and t.i...

    I can't stop listening to the duet with R. Kelly...Do What U Want..it is so good.....it's now getting air play

    I bought ART POP....so far I love the duet with r. Kelly.....turned it way up while driving through the countryside..I also listened to it in the car at nght....very seductive...a real loooove tune..Barry White would be proud......

    I like the first tune...very experimental ....APPLAUSE is the last tune on the cd...there's a tune with t.i. and Twista making contributions...interesting...

    I have not listened to the whole cd yet...so I'll get back to ya....

    Yep, he's getting wayyyy tooo much air play . The media should be focusing on the Feds and the provinces . Too much stuff sliding under the radar

    ARTPOP was amazing!!!! Way better than Born This Way too. I'm wayyyy psyched for SNL this weekend too. Glad to have you back Madam GaGa!

    Hi Sue:

    I see there is a duet with R. Kelly...before I buy the cd can you tell me what that tune is like..I don't really like R. Kelly's voice...is it a ballad or a dance tune?

    The fiasco with Toronto mayor,Rob Ford......is upstaging the senate scandal in Ottawa....the senate scandal is far more serious to me as a tax payer..

    Did you enjoy it Juliet? I saw a screening, and while I love the cast, I found the movie really...blah. I didn't hate it, but there was nothing really to recommend it for me. Other than Kevin Kline... (and Mary Steenburgen, honestly) I like to say that I'd listen to Morgan Freeman read the phone book...I'd really rather listen to him read the phone book than watch this movie again.

    I chose that over; Bad Grandpa, Captain Phillips, and Gravity....other shows that were at the same cinema....I wanted something light.... :yesnod:

    Steven Harper won't speak at the UN...he just chaired a meeting on maternal health...WTF???

    I live in a town that has seen both the closure of the maternity and childrens' wards in the last 20 yrs since I moved here..I know health care is a provincial responsibility but funds do come to the provinces via federal trransfer payments..I live in a Conservative riding...both the MPP and MP are Tories, over 65 yrs. old...and don't seem interested in opening the aforementioned wards at my hospital...
