recordbeat2010
Hi there. I hope you might be able to solve a mystery for me. I recently found a copy of "Hoses of the holy". On the labels it says "made in E.A for A.I.T Records (Kenya)". EA stands for East Africa. Gate-fold cover (none-laminated). The cover is printed so the picture of the original outer cover (crawling children) is actually on the inner side and the original inner cover is the outer/front.. very strange indeed. The cover has a sticker of "East African Music Stores Ltd" with address in Nairobi which looks fully authentic. I couldn't find any data over the net about zeppelin pressings from Kenya. I hoped you might be able to shed some light on it... Do you know anything about this pressing? thanks in advance! Erez
LukeTheDuke
uhm I've heard of but I'm not sure if from Kenya or around there It'ld be really helpful if you'll send me privately a couple of pictures of the sleeve and the label: if not in my database I'll add it to my worldwide discography! a nice addition ... of course it's not a holy grail but a very nice item indeed (if original) thanks for sharing
