  1. Billie Jean (can't help but) (in case there's no CD around but there's a guitar, and you have a hankering) (Written & Composed by Michael Jackson) Intro (basically, F#m, G#m/F#, alternately) Verse 1 F#mShe was G#m/F#more like a F#mbeauty queen from a G#m/F#movie scene. I said don't G#m/F#mind, but what F#mDO you mean G#m/F#"I am the Bm7one, who will dance, on the floor, in the F#m7round?" G#m/F#, F#m, G#m/F# She said, "I am the Bm7one, who will dance, on the floor, in the F#mround". G#m/F#,F#m, G#m/F# (repeat, but with next lyrics) then: Bridge: DPeople always told me, "Be F#mcare-ful what you do. And don't Dgo around breaking young girls' F#mhearts." And Dmother always told me, "Be F#mcare-ful of who you love. And be Dcareful of what you do, 'cause the C#7lie becomes the truth. Hey, hey! (then) (back to beginning for the singing of the CHORUS--"Billie Jean's not my lover," etc.)
  2. Thought you'd like that! Love that "strike thru option" in the font controls section. Okay, errrr.... Steve Goodman
  3. I Talk To The Trees - (from musical, Paint Your Wagon!, by Lerner & Loew)
  4. Venus & Mars - Paul McCartney & Wings
  5. Michael Franks (album=The Art Of Tea)
  6. Songbird - Barbara Streisand
  7. Nice verse! Forgive my ignorance, Evster, but are the last lyrics yours? Or from a Grateful song as well?
  8. Three Little Birds - Bob Marley
  9. Hey, thanks, NickZepp...awesome! This was right before the Billie Jean tv debut. I know because that moment is forever etched in my mind as it blew me and my family away when it first aired on TV back in the 80s. That's one act I'd hate to follow. Edited to add: there are very very few moments of TV that are permanently fixed in my heart and mind. (Had to pick my jaw off the floor) They are: 1. Billie Jean 2. Mets World Series, game 6 (1986) and last but not least 3. How Many More Times from Danmarks Radio performance, 1968 from the DVD
  10. Sounds Of Silence - Simon & Garfunkel
  11. Holy Cow! Thanks, Evster2012! I've always played this CD track for my friends who are much younger than I at work. It's so wonderful to see Michael singing it, his beautiful face full of joy at being in his element! Also, his marvelous dancing, he was a nascent little moonwalker back then! Amazing...also crazy guitar riff at the end! (fade out part). (reminds me of Jerry Garcia's riffin' at the end of Shakedown Street." Can't help but play "air guitar" to it! Edited for grammar: preposition usage
  12. Like PlanetPage, I'm feeling nostalgic about ya Michael, from your childhood (The Love You Save) to your adult years... Ok, I know probably you've seen this magnificent performance many times, everyone... But hey, I Can't Help It... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3PAJqgeeJf4
  13. Crazy Little Thing Called Love - Queen
  14. I hear ya. I know that Saturday morning feeling. Hope you're feeling better! Me too, with the Billie Jean video last night over and over with a couple of drinks. lol.
