Other than my avator, only in his book. We can only hope he puts them in the book with the Presance box set.
Here's hoping. I was actually really surprised to see him looking so healthy in that period, albeit a bit world-weary.
I did just suddenly think to look in another folder where I never look, and found these two. As usual, saved them ages ago and have no idea where they came from. Are they the same session? (He seems to have lost the disc-shaped ring).
-
They are March 1976.
Oh God, you're right, I'm an idiot - I've just looked more closely and seen that there are actually pics from three different sessions here - three totally different jackets. It was the white scarf knotted in that same way and the hair being similar that fooled me.
So Ledastray's original pic is of the black jacket with the stripy cuffs sticking out (only my 3rd and 8th pics actually match that one);
then there's the 1976 Kate Simon pics with the pinstripe jacket (your scan; my first pic only) (they look like lovely pics - I've never seen them anywhere else - has anyone?);
then there's the brown jacket with the glittery bits on the shoulders (pics #2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 in my post), and they're the '74 Melody Maker ones.

"Serene dissipation or dissipated serenity" - I like that. Very Jimmy.
Melody Maker interview from 1974, I think. It's a lovely set:

Hello Ladies and Gents, newbie here with a request for help.
I saw a photo a while ago of JPP in a hotel room with a guitar on the bed.
Not sure if it was here, but due to my slow internet not all pics load and I can't check all the pages.
I was wanting to find out who took that particular photo.
TIA
This one?
If so, Chris Buck:

I live sort of in the boonies so I can't imagine seeing anyone famous at the store or out and about, much less Jimmy Page. Those are all great pics!
Nothing has been posted here for nearly a month, so I'll post one. Probably a repeat but sorry, going through over 500 pages of photos on my phone would take forever.
This is from what I'd call his Marquis De Sade phase with the wonderful lacy sleeves. Chris Dreja was quoted somewhere (my memory is terrible so I don't remember where) saying that he remembers Jimmy around this time talking about the Marquis and "perversions", which I found pretty funny. Jimmy seeming naughty even to his rock star peers!
A month?! Not good enough; we need to get the ball rolling again.
The theme is "my favourite b/w pics of Jimmy in his prime, hopefully excluding ones which have been on here a hundred times before, but probably failing on the second criterion in at least a third of cases as it's so bloody long it's tough to remember." I think at least a few are new to the thread.

Does anyone know if there is any such thing as:
a.) Pics from the show of 18th January 1975;
b.) Pics from 12th March 1975 that aren't hopelessly fuzzy?
Also, which of these sets of pics shows the 12th February 1975? (The timeline on this site shows them all for that date, but the outfits are different. (Or was there a costume change during the show? Did they ever do that?)
Assuming not, is it these:
Or these?

He did wear the shirt he is holding several times during that tour. I've seen at least one photo of Robert wearing it as well. I believe the Plaza Hotel offered on-site dry cleaning so he may have picked it up on the way to the limo. An excellent thread on the maintenance of the tour wardrobe can be found here:

My God, you really do know everything. Cheers! (I was being kind of facetious with the dry-cleaning remark, but that makes sense). Amazed to hear they were sharing clothes...
Which raises another question - anyone know the time / place of the photo at the top left of the thread, or have it in jpeg format (it's a gif) / a better resolution?
-
Where's he going, the dry cleaner? I wouldn't have thought he'd have been having to lug his own costumes around by this stage in the game... come to think of it, you never see reference to the band having anyone who was designated "wardrobe mistress / master" or anything similar... would there ever have been anyone in particular who was in charge of stage-costume (and off-stage wear) cleaning, maintenance, repair etc? (I'm reading Lisa Robinson's book at the moment and she makes reference to what a headache laundry was on long tours).
Did he wear that shirt a hell of a lot (like, whenever it wasn't a dragon suit) in '75, or is it just that there are a disproportionate number of photos?

There's a bloke on the Telegraph website saying that he saw the band play the Capitol Theatre in Cardiff (must have been December 1972, though he says 1974) and that they played a matinee - one show at 6.30pm and another at nine. This seems unlikely. Did they ever play two shows a day after they got big?

what's up plantadies and pagettes, I've had a rough day. I need some of the hottest photos you can find of Robert and jimmy to bring me back to life. I look like a zombie that just got ran over by an 18 wheeler.

Thank you very much, scylla.
Just discovered another one here which is a bit longer:

I love the picture. I wondered if it was taken inside Tower House. It reminds me a little of the 1980 one with the cigarette. That also focuses on his long fingers. Has anyone read the Times interview that Scarlet did on the 8th about the exhibit? She talks about her father which is a rarity. I would love to read it.
It's an extremely short interview, but this is it:
-
Wow, he seems to have had a lot of different houses in the south and south-east over the years. Does anyone know what the name of this one was?

Here is something that is quite funny and a mystery to Me as well.
At the 1:06:46 mark, Jimmy or Bonzo (don't know which one) can be heard saying, "I just puked on that". It is a little faint in hearing but I heard it all the same. What is funny to me is, who puked on what and why?
and,
at the 1:43:08 mark Robert says, "Fuck You, mate", to someone (apparently a British man and off to the side of the stage). Who did Robert tell to "Fuck Off"? Richard Cole, perhaps?
This is, of course, the "infamous" September 29, 1971 Osaka gig where Bonzo can't be found during the acoustic set. Robert dismisses this and says that Bonzo has gone with Geisha.
Check it out and listen for yourself. By the way, a Great bootleg of a Great Concert by Led Zeppelin:
The puking one: unquestionably a southern accent rather than a Brummie one. Sounds to me like Jimmy.

Thanks for posting these Scylla. On one, it's strange that Jimmy is playing a left handed guitar upside down, so the heavier strings are on the bottom. Did he do this often?
Sorry, I tried to repost the picture of him playing the white Tele from 1967, but for some reason, I could not...
Can't enlighten you there I'm afraid, being unable to play anything that hasn't got keys. Anyone?

Ooh, that's a nice one, thankyou. Into the collection it goes, although the fact that I'm now completely forgetting what I've seen before and what I haven't is making me worry that my harmless little hobby may be getting out of hand...
Yeah, I definitely had the idea that when they went into their long hiatus after Robert's car crash was when he really started falling down the rabbit hole.
