  1. I read somewhere before that there were two sources from 4/28 too, the review said that the one not in circulation is a better sounding version (go figure) and the common one is not as good. I'll try to find where I got that from

UPDATE: I can't locate where I found that. It was a website that archived all of the sources for each show and I cannot find where I read that...

  3. So yeah.........

Maybe 2015 or 2016 will be "the year". Don't lose hope please!!! I'm trying not to lose hope too!!! I WILL have to see them live. I believe, I'm almost SURE they'll get together again. They have to. They will. And I will see them. In real life. <33333

That's my hoping, too. I'm figuring that the Foos are gonna tour all over the place in 2015 and that QOTSA is going to tour for a while still (as of now their touring ends October 31st), probably into mid 2015. JPJ is just kinda doing everything and anything atm (just finished touring with the Dave Rawlings Machine), so he's probably available whenever. Just pure speculation, but I'm hoping for something mid-late 2015 or 2016 - that time looks like when both groups would be available. All I know for sure is that the trio is still on Dave and Josh's mind, which is good news. Dave said, like mentioned above, that he still wants to do something with them in the future. I read in an interview from Josh just recently (like late 2013, 2014) that said he has to remind himself that he is a member of three bands (Queens of The Stone Age, Them Crooked Vultures, and Eagles of Death Metal), and needs to keep up with each. He specifically talked about TCV for a moment explaining that he's just looking for the right time for all three of them to be available to make a new record. So hopes are still high!!

  4. It's coming along, I can tell you that. Obviously, there's no way it's "truthful" because it's a rearrangement, but it's more honest than the mock footage itself. I don't know, I don't want to rush things, but let's say around the holidays this year. Perhaps LZF and I can work together and throw out a full cut or something along that by then. It's really a professional job so far, but to ensure that level of quality is consistent throughout the whole film we've got to give it a lot of intimate time to develop. We have, of course, so it's a definite prospect to look forward to!

Thanks for the reply! And yes, please take your time!! This is something that needs time to work on and you two I can tell are gonna do great. Thanks again and I'll be waiting!

  5. Cleveland 1977 was not professionally shot.

I'm here to back that up, my dad was there at Richfield on April 28th, 2nd row. He says he specifically remembers NOT seeing the jumbo screen on, nor did he see any other cameramen on stage with the band. He's got a few photos from that night and they show that it was just the four of them in stage. So, unfortunately, I can confirm along with LedZepFilm that it was not professionally shot.

(Sorry for such low res scans, it wouldn't allow the full sized versions)

And of course the other photos from that night are also proof.
