I've got their debut, Strider.
There's quite a few very good retro sounding bands from Sweden and various other European countries such as Buring Saviours, Kadavar, Ghost etc.
Here's Ghost's debut, check it out.

Almost done with Season 2 of "The Wire", just the final episode to go. I'll probably not be able to get to it until next week and wanted to post while I have time to say thanks to forum members who recommended it. I'm sure this will not be my last post about this series.
My mind has been changed about a few of the characters in one way or another. True to life, everyone is flawed, albeit some have major flaws. One can guess the reason for some of the characters being the way they are (envrionment, for instance), but some of the backstories, e.g. McNulty have not yet been revealed - perhaps it never will?
I don't need to talk about all of the interesting plots and little things that make me laugh or gasp (literally).
To date, some of my favorites, good or bad: McNulty, Prez, Freamon, Bunk, Bubbles, D'Angelo Barksdale, Wallace, Stringer, and of course Omar (wow). The relationship between Hauk and Carver is great, they are like a couple who have been together for a long time.
I did not care for Ziggy at first, but now I understand and feel for him. At first I was drawn to Stringer Bell...very intelligent and always trying to better himself. Now I'm "off" him.
This is my second time trying to post this, I lost my first draft in some sort of black hole, so I'll end this now.
Glad you're enjoying it. There are lots of other interesting characters introduced in season 3.
Incidentally, I read the other day that Robert F Chew who played "Proposition" Joe died of a heart attack at the age of 52.

Roger Moore hosting "Have I Got News For You" last November.

Roger Moore first played James Bond a lot earlier than most people realise!

All the trailers in one video.

George Lazenby is the Bond of all Bonds in my mind. Always thought it was a shame he did the one movie and walked away - STUPID mistake George!
Yeah, agreed. It was his agent that talked him into not doing anymore, said the Bond films were becoming unfashionable. He was offered a seven film deal, too.
I couldn't say who my favourite Bond is, I enjoy them all, but I rate "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" right up there as one of the best Bond films.

I hope "Skyfall" is still in the theatres by the time you finish...or were you planning on watching it on DVD?
Blu-ray. I'll probably buy it.
Hey Bond, where's your safety belt? :^)
I can almost see my old house in the background. :^)
I love that city, even though I've never been. "Dirty Harry" made me a fan.

great movie, have all the James Bond movies on DVD
Pure escapism! My favourites are "From Russia With Love", "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" and "The Spy Who Loved Me".
I'm watching them all again in chronological order before I see "Skyfall" for the first time.

Sky movies have re-introduced the 007 channel, you may enjoy it Ady!
Sky is where I've been watching them. Either on the 007 channel or Sky Movies On Demand where they're available to download until September.

I was wondering when you would get back to your Bond-a-thon, Ady.
One a week, Strider. I think I'll watch "Octopussy" and the unofficial "Never Say Never Again" in the same week though as they came out the same year.
"Moonraker" is the last of the good Roger Moore-Bonds. It's a large dry spell from here to Daniel Craig's "Casino Royale". Good luck.I've often seen "Moonraker" ranked as one of the worst. I think they're all entertaining in their own way.
