When I saw that performance during yesterday's memorial, it was just grand! For me, it was the way Mayer's solo led into that old, well-known riff where all other instruments joined in, bass, drums, keyboards, vocals, etc., creating a crescendo. (The original intro) (at that point, I said, "Oh! yeah...that song!") Just great stuff! Nice arrangement!

Oh yeah, he really made that guitar cry. I'm really happy that they played this song, it's one of my favorites, and I'm even more happy that Mayer played it (IMO he actually is a very good guitar player, although you can't mention him in the same breath with the giants).
