When I looked through the pics yesterday, this one just came into my mind
It was the first pic I saw in this thread, seems like ages ago.
I'd love to have it as a poster!
And rambling through my new Keith Emerson Autobiography today, I just saw the words Jimmy and Robert somewhere and read a really lovely episode:
Keith meets them in a cafe, and Jimmy is totally stoned. They talk about Jimmy being too shy to record his guitar concert and after a while, jimmy pleads him to be allowed to ride on the back of his motorcycle. And then they start an argument about Jimmy being to stoned even to stand...I had to laugh so hard. But, I mean, it's a dreamy situation, because Keith is the other guy I dig, and both in the same place...
Sorry, doesn't belong in here, but I had to tell someone.

I'm just returning from an great orchestra rehearsal...it was exhausting and I'm getting a flu, but the shiver running down your spine, when all the instruments work together, that's worth it.
And my Keith Emerson Autobiography finally arrived and it is written so great! I had to laugh hard.

First day of vacation!!!
I bought a bilangual Rimbaud poetry book (french german) and he is so awesome! My new idol, what he can do with words...create smells and colours...
And I love his way to live. Personal Freedom without any stop signs! And always looking for the true love and never find it...

Anyone here knows the "Blues" Cd? If not, listen to it, it is great, he's playing one piece on an acoustic guitar, but you still hear that it is HIM playing.
I love him, especially as a singer. His poster is on the head-end of my bed, he's watching over me when I'm sleeping. I love him.

HOLIDAYS!!! One week of freedom at my grandparents and the halloween party of the century, directly followed by the 16 birthday of my best friend. Our first deed of the day will be then going to an Irish pub and drink our first legal pint of Guiness!!!

Don't wait for him to do it. Go against the grain and do the opposite of what most women would do. You make the first move. He will respect you even more for doing it because he has the pressure on him of being expected to do it. Don't follow the herd. Be an original.
Allright, spats! I'll try my best to convince him that I'm the one for him (huh, how theatralic...)

Holy Crap, I just nearly fell over looking at the new added pages. I was without a computer for a few days. Upgrading to an I mac. Let me tell you, Jimmy Page nearly pops into my room! :wub: The picture quality is unbelievable! Glad to see the scanned photo's from Guitar World. I was just going to add them on here. Jimmy looks so happy!! These are my contributions for this evening...

I'm writing this from the new laptop my parents gave me for my 16 birthday today...and my sister gave me a jimmy page action figure!!!

Don't want to start a dicussion again, but I quite like this story, it was aroud 1974, so he was probably just...well...stoned and not addicted. And Emerson really writes great, and the whole scenery seemed so absurd.
