I am all for a history lesson, just not reinventing history to somehow believe that Putin is a fun loving, good dude who wants the best for all. It is sort of funny, we had this administration that was never critical, perhaps even favorable to Putin and his cronies, and then all of the sudden it is blamed on another administration failing, and looking weak.
I may be way off. It just doesn’t add up to what I have read over the last decade. What is sort of shocking is what percentage of the GOP would want a president for life. Sort of like Putin. That is strange to say the least.
Defending him? If anything it's the current admin that has made him stronger by stifling our domestic energy production that has helped boost energy prices and made him richer. You know this mess wouldn't be happening with the big bad orange dude still in office but keep the spin going because that's all you've got.
