moffo
One of my favourite Zep songs is No Quarter, especially the live versions. I've just been listening to a recording from Dallas and before it starts he introduces it as, "As we go down into the subconscious." Does anyone knows what the song is actually about or its meaning? Hope the truth doesn't spoil the song for me!!
snapper
from wikipedia: Anyone know which songs on HOTH were recorded at Headley Grange or Island Studios? I have a feeling that most of it was from Island, they must have wanted a different sound. Dy'er Maker sounds like it was recorded at Headley to me. "The guitar solo effect was achieved by direct injection" Really? Page was actually shooting up his solos, thats a new one.
