Stilts Posted June 3, 2009 Share Posted June 3, 2009 I am new to this but not new to Zeppelin. I have been listening to their music as long as I can remember. I play drums and teach and I wanted somewhere to say thank you to John Bonaham. I know he is not with us anymore but he was a big influence in my drumming career. I have yet to hear any drummer play with such passion and rhythm. The whole band was great to me John was the heart and once the heart dies the body dies with it so I commend Robert Plant for not wanting to continue on. So THANK YOU MR BONHAM and I'm sure your up there Jamming with Hendrix and a lot of other great musicians that have passed and thank you Led Zeppelin for your gift to rock heads like me all over the world.
