dpat
Yes, I realize it might be somewhat similar to the black TSRTS soundtrack cover, but I am impressed how the Coda Companion Disc's cover seems (to quote Spinal Tap) more black than black, but not Back in Black. Seems to be a more appropriate look for its purpose at the time. But, like, that's just my opinion, mannnnnn..... Edited September 3, 2015 by dpat misspelling, duh! Stairway is NOT stolen
The original cover for CODA is one of my least favourite album covers ever. After the brilliant album covers for the others, for example houses of the holy, Zeppelin III and even physical graffiti, the album cover for CODA just seems far too bland. The companion audio cover, on the other hand, is really nice. Due to the minimalistic nature of the original cover, the colour flip works better than on, say presence. Still doesn't look as nice as III's alternative cover (which in my opinion looks the best), but it still looks miles better than the original cover.
