I read in an interview with jimmy that the rover was to have an acoustic overdub kind of like othafa but the producer messed it up and recorded over it. I always wondered what it would have sounded like and why jimmy never just re-recorded it. Any insight?

I dunno about that but Celebration Day's intro was messed up which is why it has the synth part to cover the transition.
