ArmsofAtlas
How do I warm the amp up? Which button goes to which postion, in what order?
PJD
Power on, standby off. Wait a minute then turn the standby on. To shut down do the reverse. (Stand by off, then power off) This is supposed to get the plates warmed up but I've played many great amps with no standby switch. The best amp I've ever played is a Matchless Clubman 35, no standby switch there. Your amp won't explode if it isn't on standby long enough. It's supposed to prolong tube life. Maxiderm
I just use it to stop the popping noises when I switch guitars
