JethroTull
Can't say I was ever a Richie Havens fan. Yes, I listened to all those Woodstock songs and thats about it. On XM I've recently heard a Richie version of Won't Get Fooled Again and Here Comes the Sun. Both excellent. Rock On.
The Pagemeister
He's pretty good live. I've seen him at a Jazz Fest and at a Blues fest. Yet he is neither Jazz or Blues
docron
I seen Ritchie play an excellent set at a festival a few years back in the streets of Detroit (right underneath the monorail track). It was a great urban setting that worked really well against his peace-and-love country-side folk music. He tells such awesome stories between songs too and really interacts with the crowd.., the guy's a class act and great performer, and I'll remember that experience for the rest of my life.
